（中央社記者顧荃台北21日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，美河市開發案回饋金返還額度，多少錢可以討論，透過討價還價，還是會有協議。
台北市副市長鄧家基與日勝生董座林榮顯等人7日針對美河市等聯開案會談，今天上午第二次會議。前台北市長郝龍斌任內對美河市重新鑑價，曾要求日勝生返還新台幣76億元，但日勝生不服提起仲裁，是談判焦點之一。
柯文哲上午出席市政會議後記者會，媒體詢問是否堅持要拿回76億元？柯文哲表示，多少錢可以討論，捷運局估價最高可估到100億，透過討價還價，還是會有協議。
他說，上次會談後，市府給日勝生10天，請他們來市府提出想法，討價還價不見得一次就會達成協議。1040421
